Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. If the buyer requests a special type of shipping that incurs higher costs, he must also bear these additional costs.

If the buyer purchases the item for his commercial or professional activity, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item passes to him as soon as Schalk-Tuning has delivered the item to the forwarding agent, the freight carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment.

Some spare/accessory parts are delivered without a TÜV certificate and are only intended for racing purposes. The admissibility of their use on public roads is not part of the contractual quality.
